Well, I guess if I'm gonna let these Italian cars keep following me home, I
have to go the other way and thin the herd every now and then. So....

81 Zagato 2L, FI, 5 spd. FWD. Red with black leather interior. pretty decent
factory mags, power windows, power steering. Decent driver, everything there.
Runs, drives, all that good stuff. It has a new water-pump, and probably some
other stuff I can't remember. Replaced with good; alternator and mount & tie-
rod end. Top is good with clear window, carpet good, front seats pretty good,
not torn or separating, good tires, all lights and signals work (including
dome light) body looks pretty straight, it handles good, good power and
mileage with FI. Oregon tags good til 8/09.
Known faults- paint fade (oxidized) on center of hood
and slightly on trunk, shifting starting to get slightly notchy (new shift
bushing included) couple cracks in dash top, slight seem separation (2in?) in
rear seat top and one door card, crack in vinyl of shelf behind rear seat
(covered by top when folded down), driver window slightly slow, no radio
currently, small (silver dollar size) rust spot behind rear wheel well, front
bumper has bad rubber corner on one end (good replacement included if I can
find it around here). Might not sound as good because I try to be fair and
honest and point out any faults, but

All in all, it's a nice little car. Now that I've been driving it around again
lately, I hate to give it up but I only have so much room and a "few" other
cars so, it has to depart the collection.

I'm taking it to the 44th annual Portland Antique Auto Show & Swap Meet this
weekend. I'm going to put a sign on it for $2500 and sell it there. You
can see me in space #5282, near the purple gate on the west side of the main
building where the foreign cars often are. You're welcome to stop by Fri morn.
thru Sun 1pm.

Or if a nice Mira member wants to give me $1500 cash, they can have
the car and I'll just take the bug to the swap meet instead.

You're welcome to email with any questions you might have or to arrange an
inspection/test drive.

Happy Motoring,
Dave Decker
